WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has closed a broadcast license agreement with Zcom Networks, Inc. which will result in WGL receiving 15,000,000 shares of common stock of that company, which management will in turn distribute to all WGL Entertainment Holdings shareholders in the form of a dividend.
