Martin O'Malley of Maryland both attended a meeting at the Potomac River Fisheries Commission located in Colonial Beach to review plans for the preservation of the Blue Crab. After a lengthy session within the Fisheries building the Governors moved outside to hold a press conference set against the beauty of the Potomac River.
