ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines - The United States Agency for International Development (USAid) and Petron Philippines on Wednesday kicked off its partnership to co-finance the construction of classrooms aimed at alleviating the classroom shortage and improving access to basic education in conflict-affected areas of Mindanao (Caam).
