New York, Apr 22: Trikona Capital Ltd., the leading fund management firm for institutional investment in Indian real estate and infrastructure, has announced that Dr. P S Rana, former chairman of India's Housing and Urban Development Corp. (HUDCO) has joined to head the development of real estate and infrastructure projects throughout the country.
