TLC's (Talking, Listening, Caring) 12th annual Garden Gala with "Champagne, Rubies and Jazz" as the theme, will take place May 15 at Arden Hills Country Club. Britt Carlson continues her commitment to the Eskaton's TLC Garden Gala.
