NORWALK - Residents Wednesday night urged the city's Zoning Commission to approve a plan by Q Properties of Darien to build a 52,000-square-foot indoor sports complex in South Norwalk, saying they supported the plan as much as they opposed an oil depot that was originally proposed for the site last year.
