WASHINGTON CITY - In about three weeks, children and adults will have a new place to play. The Washington City Recreation Center will open May 19, with grand opening events beginning May 20.

Plans were unveiled today for a multi-million dollar indoor sports park and stadium complex in Ashtabula County. The facility will be built on a 105 acre plot of land located just off Interstate 90 at the Geneva exit.
