CHEBOYGAN - A new retail outlet planned for the Glen's Shopping Center will open Aug. 1, the owner says. Sears will locate its Cheboygan authorized retail dealer store at 982 S. Main St., a site that has housed the China One Buffet and the B&C Restaurant, according to Jason McKinney.
