ATLANTA — Georgia shoppers will be able to purchase certain clothing items, schools supplies, computers and computer accessories without paying state and local sales tax during the state’s seventh annual tax-free holiday, which begins at 12:01 a.m. July 31 and continues until midnight Aug. 3.
