Well, folks, my trip to China will be over in 24 hours, and it has not been the trip of a lifetime as I envisioned, but more like a "trip." Here are some tidbits:

Widget analytics and distribution firm Clearspring has made a small tools acquisition: it has bought AddThis, the bookmarking and content sharing tool used on many blogs and publishing sites.

Lijit, a popular service that lets blogs add search functionality, has raised a $7.1 million third round led by Foundry Group. Past backers Boulder Ventures and Colorado Fund I participated in this latest round as well.
