MELBOURNE, May 6 (Reuters) - QBE Insurance Group Ltd QBE.AX, Australia's top insurer by premium income, said on Tuesday it has extended a takeover offer for smaller rival Insurance Australia Group Ltd IAG.AX (IAG) for a second time.
