May 6 (Bloomberg) -- QBE Insurance Group Ltd. , Australia's largest property and casualty insurer, extended its A$8.2 billion ($7.7 billion) takeover proposal for Insurance Australia Group Ltd. by two weeks. It didn't change the terms of the offer.
