NEW YORK , June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- In BLOOMBERG TELEVISION (R) exclusive today, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva told Bloomberg's Cecilia Tornaghi that the country will triple its oil reserves from exploration of a new offshore area, and will use the future revenue on health care and education for Brazil .
