Ahmedabad, Sept 10 The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) would encourage purchase of gas in spot market to augment supplies in India and favours a ‘roll-back’ of subsidy in LPG, its Chairman, Mr L. Mansingh, said here.
