Kyler Leinbach, a 9-year-old student in Mrs. Sheri Fetterhoffs third-grade class at Linglestown Elementary School in Dauphin County, will receive a $1,000 educational bond for winning first-place in the Pennsylvania Dental Associations (PDA) 2008 National Childrens Dental Health Month (NCDHM) statewide poster contest.
