First of two parts During a recent conversation, concern was expressed about insurance policies being suddenly canceled or rates being significantly raised because too many claims had been filed. Any truth to this? How many claims are "too many"? To get some answers, I talked last week with Al Lynch, an independent insurance agent with Alliance Insurance Group in Arkadelphia.
