Albay Rep. Edcel C. Lagman has resigned as chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations to pursue his reproductive health advocacy full-time, it was learned yesterday.

Congressmen will push for the enactment of the Reproductive Health Bill that offers the use of contraceptives as one of the means to plan one’s family.
