MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. (MWI) has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to purchase substantially all of the assets of AAHA Services Corporation, operating as, for a cash purchase price of $10 million, and to simultaneously enter into a long-term sponsorship and licensing agreement between MWI and American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).
