For Julio Presendieu, the computers at Martin County’s Hoke Library could be the ticket to a new career. The 40-year-old Jensen Beach resident is taking online classes for a business degree and uses the library’s computers. Presendieu is one of a growing number of Treasure Coast residents turning to public libraries to stay connected and entertained in part because of the sour economy.
