NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- Merrill Lynch & Co. (MER) may consider selling some or all of its stake in Bloomberg LP rather than raising capital through equity sales as its stock and the economy continues to slide, Merrill Chief Executive John Thain implied Wednesday.
