NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.----Alliant Insurance Services, one of the nation's largest specialty insurance brokerage firms, has announced that veteran insurance executive Melissa Sowa has joined the firm's ProQuest law firm specialty practice as Vice President and will focus on expanding ProQuest's business in the Northeast, with a specific focus on the New York market.
