It's a sure sign of summer when the Plum Island Lighthouse opens. The Newburyport Harbor Light, located at the northern tip of the island, will open tomorrow for its first tours of the season from 1 to 4 p.m., weather permitting. On clear days, the lighthouse offers views as far off as Cape Ann and the Isles of Shoals.
