By Rob Moritz Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - State lawmakers said Wednesday they understand the importance of improving health care in Arkansas and support many of the initiatives presented to them during a health summit, but they worried that many of the proposals could turn into unfunded mandates.
