MARAWI CITY (MindaNews/02 August) – At least 29 representatives from civil society groups here have passed a resolution urging the postponement of the August 11 elections in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), claiming the postponement is “overwhelmingly necessary, practicable and beneficial towards sustaining the momentum gained in the peace process.”
