CHEYENNE -- The new state representative for the Humane Society of the United States, Heidi Hopkins, met with a group of animal supporters Sunday to discuss local issues and how they can work together to further Wyoming’s animal advocacy.

The “Fight Back Express,” the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network’’s “traveling petition” bus, will be in Longview from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the Lower Columbia Regional Cancer Center’s parking lot, 1718 E. Kessler Blvd.
