Aug. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Japan's government said radiation leaked by a nuclear-powered U.S. Navy submarine poses no health or environmental risk. A leakage of coolant from the atomic-powered USS Houston was found during an inspection in Hawaii, the ministry said in a statement yesterday, citing information received from the U.S. government.
