Kor Hotel Group will transform the Jalousie Plantation in St. Lucia into the Tides Sugar Beach in 2010. A $100 million renovation, beginning in 2009, will close the resort for about a year. The new design will incorporate influences from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean.
