May 26 (Bloomberg) -- Insurance Australia Group Ltd. , the auto and home insurer that last week rejected an A$8.7 billion ($8.3 billion) takeover bid, said Chief Executive Officer Michael Hawker resigned and will be replaced by Michael Wilkins .
