The Civil Campaign for Electoral Reform (CCER) opened its doors to the public on Thursday and Friday "to provide an update on the latest developments on electoral issues." CCER, which describes itself as the "leading citizens' movement advocating for electoral reform," is a coalition of 61 Lebanese civil society organizations.
