Shares of General Motors Corp. fell to their lowest level in decades Thursday after Goldman Sachs cut to "sell" the rating for the nation's largest automaker and said the company will probably need to borrow money. GM's share price closed at $11.43, a 34-year low, down $1.38, or 10.77% for the day.
