SAN GABRIEL - After enduring 29 gang-related shootings last year and a spate of gang-involved killings in January, Monrovia has had no gang shootings since then, thanks to the work of a joint-agency police task force, Monrovia police Chief Roger Johnson told officials at a gang summit Friday.
