MONTLUCON, France (AP) -- Sylvain Chavanel of France won the 19th stage of the Tour de France on Friday after leading a two-man breakaway, as Spain's Carlos Sastre retained the race leader's yellow jersey ahead of Saturday's crucial 53km time-trial.
