Great Osprey 10K Ocean Run on tap FREEPORT — The 27th annual Great Osprey 10K Ocean Run is scheduled to be held Nov. 1, starting and ending at Wolfe's Neck State Park, located at 426 Wolfe's Neck Road in Freeport.

Getting healthy is a tough business. Just ask Jim Clark, general manager of Quivira Sports and Health in Lenexa. He sees it all the time. “There’s no pill, there’s no way to do it by hooking yourself up to some electrical thing,” Clark said.
