Right now, the majority of people in Arkansas, two-thirds don't have dental insurance. That comes from the Health Department. It's one reason the Arkansas Mission of Mercy is offering free dental work for two days at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock. Fox16's Jennifer Akers reports.
