NORWICH – The Chenango County fairgrounds will be booming with excitement today as the fourth annual Fireworks over the Fairgrounds gets underway. Terry Potter from Millennia Entertainment, The Place and the Norwich Career Firefighters have joined forces for an array of exciting activities.
