CHESTERTON Westchester Public Library’s free concert and family film series continues at 7 p.m. Aug. 1 at the bandstand in Thomas Park with The Country Minstrels presenting “Tall Ship Music.” The concert will be followed by the film "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron" at dusk, about 8 p.m.
