Candidates in the Houston area's three most competitive U.S. House races have discovered a new source of energy: the energy issue. For the last seven months or more, Democratic Rep. Nick Lampson of Stafford and Republican challenger Pete Olson of Sugar Land never listed energy as an issue on their campaign Web sites. They still hadn't as of this weekend.
