COLUMBIA COUNTY — The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce held its annual Excellence in Business Awards, naming David Crawford of Crawford and Associates Business Person of the Year, Thursday. The awards ceremony was held in the Professional Academic Center at Columbia-Greene Community College.
