WILLIAMSTOWN - Flights canceled into and out of the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport hampered plans for many during the weekend. "It's embarrassing," said airport manager Terry Moore. Between Saturday and Monday mornings there were four canceled flights and one delayed, Moore said.
