The Ventura County Arts Council and the California Arts Council have set Fri., Oct. 3 as the eighth annual California Arts Day, coinciding with National Arts and Humanities Month. Events happening during the 10-day celebration, Oct. 3 through 12, will be listed in the Calendar of Events brochure.
