Kingsway Finncial Services Inc. today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008 . The Company reported net income of $6.3 million or $0.11 diluted per share for the quarter, marking a significant improvement over the net loss of $34.4 million reported in the first quarter of 2008 but below net income of $41.7 million reported in the second quarter of 2007.
