Broker Direct has acquired Tamworth-based Bevan Fox Insurance Brokers. The company, which also recently purchased Fitzsimmons Insurance Consultants in Stockport and Greenhalgh and Gregson in Bolton, has recently secured access to “substantial funding” for further acquisitions.
