Owners of rental properties damaged by the May 2-12 severe storms, flooding and tornadoes in Arkansas may qualify for federal, low-interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM) and SBA said.
